I'm writing to inquire if Verizon is the owner of two poles titled VZ 19-1 on the southern side of Lexington Street in East Boston. This link shows an overhead view of where the poles are located: https://goo.gl/maps/qf7ve7rW6a22

My family is the owner of 2-4 Lexington St, East Boston, across the street from these poles, and the wires from one of the poles are overhanging our property without our permission and without an easement granted (see attached photo), thereby preventing us from undertaking renovation and construction. We would like these wires removed ASAP, as no one gave the company permission to run them.
