  Surveillance to capture and curb criminal perpetrator behavior is needed as this is common knowledge that authorities will do nothing and no penalties will be enforced. They get away with this constantly and know it!

  I am so sick of all of the garbage Everywhere in this area. it stays on the side of the road for months, There needs to be regular cleanup crews on the streets with rakes getting the garbage into the street and having the street sweeper come thru. Larger items need to be consolidated for pick up. It is shameful How dirty our city is in the east Oakland flatlands. The Hill residents would never ever tolerate this!!! There should be hundreds of jobs for youth funded through the mayor summer jobs program to clean up our city. Maybe once it’s clean people will start dumping crap everywhere.

  This is a heal hazard and it is absolutely filthy. There needs to he a constant cleanup surveillance. This is disgraceful and should NOT represent our city. BART riders have to see this on a daily basis.
