Description

One of the several manhole covers outside 169 Monsignor O'Brien Highway is loose, and makes a very loud noise whenever a car drives over it. The manhole cover is right next to the crosswalk on the inbound side of the highway toward Boston. Since it's a highway, this happens many times per minute. We were kept awake all night last night because of the frequent clanging noise. Would it be possible to get this fixed ASAP?

Also, this has been an issue several times. Is there any way to put a more permanent fix in place? Thank you!
