Description

Recycling was placed on curb as per time instructed by City. Collection did not occur due to snow. City instructed to leave can on street and remaining collections would be completed by Sunday. City never collected recycling. If the city intends to provide one less collection this month please adjust my monthly bill to reflect a service not provided.

Waiting a week and doing nothing is hardly resolving/closing the issue. I received my bill yesterday and there was no reduction in price associated with one less pick up occurring. I have a call into the billing department and they are reaching out solid waste regarding this manner.

I ended up calling the city and they issued a refund. The solid waste folks did not know about the seeclickfix complaint.
