Description

The residents that live on South Street are complaining of 200 South St. They are been getting water inside their basements from the property. The City inspector went to 198 South street, They explained that the leak is coming from 200 South street, The inspector went and knocked on the door of 200 South street but, no one opened the door. The owner is aware they have a leak but, has not fixed this problem.
