Description

Two sections of sidewalk are noticeably lower than the greenway and after a rainstorm, the areas are impassable and people choose to walk on the greenway or the street. In the winter, the water freezes and the sidewalk becomes an ice skating rink. People have fallen and it is inevitable that someone will be severely injured unless this situation is repaired as soon as possible.
