Description

3 Bal Harbour police SUV's needlessly obstructing traffic in Surfside for one car involving a month nor traffic violation. Right turns from 95h street are obstructed and pedestrians are the inconvenienced. They should make the offender move to a side street. This is a daily problem. one lane on Harding is obstructed and traffic backs up to Haulover sometimes.
