Description

There has been a vehicle and a trailer (hot hitched together) parked on our street and it hasn't moved since November. The vehicle is a green/blue car, parked on the north side of Orchard, closest to Virginia Ave. The trailer is just west of the car. With the lack of parking on our street already this causes a bigger problems.
