Description
The occupant/owner of the house on the NE corner of 65th Way and 76th Ave. moved out last week. Yesterday (1-16-18) two gentlemen were knocking out holes in the exterior concrete block wall at the NE corner of the residence and pouring grout into the empty cells of the block. There are visible cracks in the wall leading me to believe there is a structural issue with this structure. There are no visible permits posted and I suspect that this construction is being performed without the supervision of an engineer or knowledge of the city building department. Please note that the neighboring residence had a structural failure some 15 feet away from this activity and had to be shored up at considerable cost. I have video of this activity.

The new owner was concerned about the cracking in the walls so he is filling in the block with concrete to help support. No permit is required for this work.
Thanks
