Description

I am sitting in my kitchen watching the plow trucks come through and observing the high rate of speed they are traveling at in the neighborhood as they whip around a blind corner. People frequently walk their dogs by the corner and this can become a dangerous situation. Additionally because of this speed they rarely even come close to my corner. They often make it worse than better for driving!
