Description
Instead of parkways between Marine and Clarendon, Lawrence Ave has traffic lanes. Crash this morning illustrates danger because cars go right onto sidewalk. One car crossed south sidewalk and crash thru iron fence. Other car ended by NW corner of Marine & Lawrence where other cars have cause previous fence damage.

Can you please refer this issue to the correct department? There is a sign in the middle of the sidewalk that is the only way for pedestrians on the south side to walk to the intersection where there is a crossing light to get across Lawrence. There is a family shelter and a park on the north side. There is a curb cut across half the sidewalk on the south that makes it very dangerous to walk.
Thank you for your help.
