Description

4000 NW 21st street between the sidewalk and curb (nearer to the curb) there is water flowing out of the ground and streaming into the street making a river of water constantly flowing down the road. I see heavy tire tracks over where the water is flowing out of the ground. This is not flowing from the home, sprinkler system, or other home based spigots/pipes but appears to be coming from the city water pipes.
