Vehicle is parked legal.

I never said it was parked illegally.

It hasn’t moved in over two weeks, which leads me to believe it’s been abandoned.

It has not been reported stolen. They might have left it there knowing that Enforcement has been suspended. I will have the officer that does street cleaning in the area check on it.
