As per Inspector Lipari, a Notice of Violation (NOV) will be issued to this property for high. The property was inspected on 1/17/18. If the owner does not comply within ten business days of the NOV date, the property will be placed on a maintenance list to be cleaned by the JCDPW. Please note that this list is extensive and the property in question will be cleaned in the order that the complaint was received.
