Description

On Jan 9th I parked on Beach Dr just to the north of Stillwater's. The parking meter number is 2041 in Parking Zone 2007. Meter states $1.50 per hour. For every quarter I put in the meter I only gained 10 minutes of valid parking time. It cost me close to $5 to get an hour on the meter.
