We are aware of this issue, and it is included in the 'puddle list' for repair, pretty near the top in terms of priority. We've had to put more focus this past year on repairing catch basins that were structurally deteriorating. At this point, though, it's likely we will get to this one in the upcoming construction season.

Thanks Jenna, good to know this one is on the list. The catch basins & nearby pavement are in decent shape and the whole section was repaved in recent years, but the grade wasn't corrected before repaving. When the puddles are wide enough the water even sprays into the bus shelter. Will be great to see this fixed soon.

Bump. I don't think this has seen any love yet... still huge puddles, still spraying the sidewalk/bus stop as cars drive through the puddles.

We're excited to let you know that we are now implementing a comprehensive asset management program which is a mostly "behind the scenes" effort. This will enable more efficient, more effective and more fiscally sound infrastructure management. There may be the occasional bug to work out, but rest assured that your issue is still in queue and assigned to the right City staffer. Once this initial round of automation is through in about a week, we'll revert back to our standard messages on SeeClickFix.

Checking back in on this one (and all the other existing drainage issues on North Ave) since there is paving scheduled this summer. Hopefully all these drainage issues can be fixed during paving (unlike last time), otherwise we're just going to have the same issues again.

North Ave has been paved from Shore Rd. to Ethan Allen Pkwy.
