Description

This issue has been going on since 2012 I live on a Uphams Lane.(plot 74 lot 51) when i built my home in 1989 i was informed that the telephone poles and green telephone boxes were part of the lane owned by the city...I have a tree in the front of my house which i believe is owned by the city and have over the years showed concern that limbs are continue to fall and believe this tree is dead...a year ago or so i called forestry and was told they have only one aborist and requested to meet with one regarding this continuing problem. which i have not heard a thing... I am requesting to have this problem addressed as soon as possible and request to ( meet) with this individual when the visit is possible. or at least an" Upcoming Notice of inspection".. per email. I also have other concerns that need to be explained in person regarding this lane ....I have attached a current photo but also have photos of it in summer if needed Thank you
