I know this is a problem throughout Oakland, but here the garbage and wast is spilling onto the road and prohibiting cars from passing and bus traffic. What if anything is being done? If I was to pile trash up outside of my house into the street I live on I would be reprimanded and most likely fined immediately. Not to mention the fact that I pay 100’s of dollars for waste management services every month to pick up the smallest container of refuse.
