The owners of 80 Bowers have done significant exterior work, but the back remains open (you can see the backyard from the street), and the property has been uninhabitable for far more than 6 months, which according to ordinance § 254-21 is a fire hazard, unsafe, and subject to a fine and/or required to correct the conditions.

The owner has called back on 1/5/18 because his tenants have not been able to receive hot water. Urgently needs an inspector to assist.
