11 Greenlawn Ave (2 family home) must now have a tenant. The driveway has 3 unregistered cars and 2 other cars that may be registered, all belonging to the homeowner (I think). Now the tenant or guest parks on the street. Isn't there a law or rule about unregistered cars on property? This is a huge issue for the snow plows. Our street isn't that wide.
