Description

A disabled vehicle that hasn't been moved in more than a month is parked in the street. Snow plows for both winter storms have had to go around the vehicle which is near a curve and makes it tight for traffic and larger vehicles to get around. Vehicle license plate is a Michigan plate DLY2031.
