Description

City Cab was called to Pick up an Autistic man and informed the resident the fare will be $11. Upon arrival at destination, the taxi charged $16. When the Resident complained to the Citycab, was informed that they can 2nd ride at a discount but again was charged $10. There was also no meter running and taxi took the longer route then necessary.

It was from Pacific Ave to Audubon.
