Thanks for feedback. My understanding is our trash bins need to be pulled from curb day of trash pickup, or maybe day after not sure. These bins have been out on street/curb side for weeks. Correct address may be 412 Montgomery Ave. This is an eyesore for the neighborhood. Not nice to be paying $10k+ per year in taxes and looking at trash bins from my work office window all day long. Sorry to be such an @#$% about this but rules are rules, right? Or is it ok to leave bins out, maybe I have incorrect understanding. BTW, there are neighbors on the street who travel, don't get around to putting their bins away right away occasionally, etc. and I get that. This is a different situation however.

You're pretty much correct, it says cans can be put out the night before, and must be removed by noon on the day following trash collection.
