Description

I have noticed for several weeks now, that traffic gets really backed up on Division, sometimes all the way down to Winners and Losers. As I have been sitting in this line of cars, I've counted the cars that make it through that light, from Division and only 4 make it through, a fifth possibly, if the driver runs the yellow light. The light used to be longer and traffic never backed up like it has been lately.
