Description
This building is the old Casper Hotdog shack and has been vacant for many years. It has become a magnet for homelessness, blight and Illegal dumping. The person in the picture was blatantly dumping garbage from his van into the property. This has been reported to Code Enforcement several times. The owners do try to keep the area clean but with little success. The property needs to be secured so people cannot live and dump there. Needs to be torn down or securely fenced in.
