Close tickets once the issues are solved.

I requested this to get fix numerous times.The area it's completely dark at night. Tickets have been closed and nobody is doing anything to solve the problem.

Good Morning,

We already have an open event for the outage at Ashley/Liberty.
There was damage to our streetlight cable from 123.net putting a hand hole in next to a DTE pole. Our contractor submitted for a permit to MCA on 12/12, so Ann Arbor should be receiving the permit to review soon.
