Description

City vehicle driving erratically in traffic. First, heading north on South State made a sudden left hand turn onto Hoover from the right lane, directly across my path - where I was in the left turn lane making a legal turn. Second, heading north on South Division, traveling In Right lane, made another sudden swerve to the left, while I was in the left lane then corrected, averting a sideswipe.
