Since Street Cleaning is completed effective end of November, Will there by more patrols for Resident Parking? Seems like more cars are parking and staying in their place for days and days and with the winter coming, it should be consistent that there are BTD patrolling M-F.

It's very seldom an issue on Saturdays and Sundays, but seems like the resident parking isn't working on Eagle Hill and should be scrapped if it's not making any improvements vs. other areas of the city.
