Please enforce the existing noise ordinance on Gulf Blvd. The loud motorcycles and cars (stereos and motors) make it nearly impossible to enjoy dinner at any of the outdoor patios and are seriously impacting the quality of life for those of us within a block of Gulf. Thank you!
