Description

Worcester st residents frequently deal with rusty colored water 2-3 times per month. The quantity of rust in our water ruins laundry, requires flushing of water heaters, and our entire water system. Those with steam heating systems also have to flush boilers when this happens. Complaints to the water department are not addressed and we are told it's natural. It's not. We are expected to accept a certain level of contaminated water. We can do better than this. Any help would be appreciated.
