Description

I'm so angry with you guys. 2 weeks ago I said I knew who was dumping this. I have another witness. The man dumping lives at 2618 35th avenue in a house with a for sale sign. I sent you a photo of his car and house already. Why haven't you busted him? You are so ineffective. Call the city attorney immediately. He has been emptying his house for about a month onto the sidewalk space in the vicinity of his house. I can identify the guy because I've seen him carrying furniture to the sidewalk.
