Description

The traffic light cycle in the morning has increased wait times to a minimum of 5 minutes. 82nd Ave. heading east/west takes at minimum 5 minutes for the light to change, prompting people to run the red light, and causing traffic delays. This is a daily occurrence that did not used to occur. Large empty spaces from lack of traffic occur on 3-4 occasions heading North/South during this 5 minute wait... solidifying that this light cycle should not take this long.
