Street light erratic / out in appartment complex on 12000 4th Street North . Observed Daily.
Light goes off and on every minute on the pole front of Bldg 17
Light on the pole in front of Bldg 18 and 20 are completely off. It becomes difficult to walk after dark. Please help fix them Thank you.
