Description
Irma knocked a tree down in neighbors yard. It is still on my fence, and ON THE POWER LINE, ON THE POWER POLE, and is still a danger to MY FAMILY! IT CAN FALL AT ANY TIME, IT IS ALREADY BROKEN AND WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE CARE OF THIS.
Please advise as to what we are to do so that we may once again feel safe in our house, and yard!

As I told the polite gentleman with the city, I have already reported this challenge to both the Duke Energy as well as Spectrum numerous times. They have failed to do anything about the branch that is falling out of a tree and hanging on the line. I only reported this to the city, because I thought that there would be something that they could do, but as usual I was wrong. Also, How is this not a code enforcement issue when I do not feel safe because of a tree in which is half dead in my neighbors yard! Is there not a code that states they should have to take care of their dead and dying tree??
I am just tired of going in circles as it seems with a hazardous challenge!
