These people and their vehicles have been there for at least two weeks. They do not have parking permits (A B permit is required to park here) and they do not move their vehicles on street sweeping day. There is now garbage in the beds along the fence that is from them. It's time for them to get cited and asked to move. They do not even have license plates. COme on City of Oakland.....
