What is a normal timeline for a request like this? It seems an awfully long time for a simple acknowledgment of receipt.

Hello user Fred Jorgensen, I visited this site again today and placed a traffic cones in the depressed area to warn residents. I checked the the sunken area and did not find a void leading to a hole. We will fill the area with topsoil and monitor. Jim B. Highways
