Description

In the east side of the northbound lane, just north of the bridge overpass, there is usually standing water after any rain. Today it encompassed nearly the entire lane, causing some cars to swerve out of their lane to avoid it. With the curve there and temperatures dropping, it could be an icy hazard on a dark am or pm.
