Description
There are 5 vehicles parked in this block, they don't move, they don't have B permits, they don't move on street sweeping day. There's a big motor home, a van with beach towels over the windows, 2 other vehicles, and a brown van that was in a wreck, but probably has people living in it. NONE of these vehicles have B permits, they also don't move for street sweeping.
