Description

The 2 dumpsters behind Saint Sergius church are frequently overfilled and the lids are not closed. This happens at least every Sunday but other occurrences are noted.

This is a rodent hazard and makes for an unclean alley. Thanks for your time.

Photo was taken on a weeknight, the issue is much greater on Sundays.
