Thank you for taking the time to “Report an Issue” via Doing Things for you! Work Request #1751479 has been assigned to the storm debris issue you reported. This SeeClickFix has been procedurally closed. As of October 30th we have begun our second pass in the unincorporated areas to pick up any remaining storm related vegetative, construction & demolition debris such as fencing and the hazardous branches that have been cut and placed in the right of way. All zones are active for second pass. We anticipate completing the second pass in 3 weeks. Debris pick up on private roads and neighborhoods has been completed.
Residents are reminded to not place their storm related debris in the road, on sidewalks or against any structures and no further than 10 feet beyond the curb. Pinellas County Public Works is requesting citizens’ help in reporting illegal debris dumping. If citizens see hired companies dumping or homeowners adding debris or any other unauthorized waste in their neighborhood, they are asked to email details (with photos if possible) to watershed@pinellascounty.org.
