Description

In the Alley behind this address several neighbors have put their 'IRMA' debris of trees and limbs. It is almost two months since IRMA came to visit, how long will it take for the city to remove this?

As can be seen in the photo, upper left, a tree is still entangled in electrical and cable wires. The homeowner did not report any outage as the home has been vacant for quite some time.
