Description

There has been an increase in Waldorf parents parking on Kirk, even blocking the fire hydrants. They are having a large event on Sat. Nov. 11th, which in past years has caused many problems for neighbors. Their visitors have blocked neighbors' driveways and mailbox. I would appreciate increased traffic enforcement along Kirk on a regular basis, and extra patrols on Sat. 11/11 in particular.
