At 5:05am they are still servicing the dumpsters in the area. On a side note, the truck being used has really noisy air brakes... Just some lovely icing on the cake.

I apologize for any inconvenience. I have contact the City's waste hauler to investigate and meet with their drivers about when they can enter the City to start their route. I will also meet with the route supervisor to discuss the importance that everyone follows the solid waste contract between the City and Waste Management. Thank you.
