Description
The left turn signal usually turns yellow while the third car is turning left. Usually more cars in left waiting to turn. Light need to have green arrow for longer period of time.

Thank you for your comment. The first day of school every year has very unusual traffic patterns because of so many parents doing drop-off. I checked this signal at 7:15 this morning and the volumes were much lower, and the left turn cleared out every time. This is the normal traffic pattern and the signal programming is appropriate for the needs.
