  There is zero to minimal enforcement on Peralta St. The side closest to the school doesn't even have a 2 hour parking sign. What is the point of buying neighborhood parking permits if the parking in our neighborhoods isn't enforced?

  I have the small issue in the Dimond District, red zones, white zones, at hydrants, double parked, blocking cross walks, parked on sidewalks this nonsense happens daily and when I call it takes hours if someone even comes out. There are some so called parking enforcement officers that I swear never get of car save to eat and go home. USELESS.

  OPD or any other PD will enforce laws when and where they know the fines will be paid...hence, that is why you see this..unfortunately
