Description

Someone in my neighborhood seems to have something going on with cars without license plates that are parked for weeks on end and then disappear to be replaced by more parked cars without license plates. Cars are parked on 61st Street between MLK and Adeline, along Adeline between 61st and 60th, and at Genoa and 60th Streets. On any given day there are between 10-15 cars parked in this area. They are never given parking tickets and are there for weeks on end.
