Description

This light on the corner of Chapel St and Mt. Pleasant Ave. has been out for quite some time. It's very dark on this intersection making it hard to see people at night. With Halloween coming up, it would great to have light on this corner so that kids/people can be seen and also not be scared to come down the street.
