All types of vehicles without Zone Stickers.

Q. What is the issue?

Q. If a parking issue, what is the problem?
A. Vehicles without Zone 2 permit stickers and HCC Students without Zone permits taking up all the residential parking spaces on Tonnele Ave. While the Meter Maid is hanging out waiting for the Sweeper to come at 3 o'clock why not check for Zone Stickers. They'd make a fortune on this block everyday. Also private vehicles with NYC T&L Taxi plates still parking overnight. Ridiculous.
