Description
On the NE corner of 700 38th Ave N there is a telephone pole and flanking it are two palmetto palms that BLOCK ONE'S VIEW OF ONCOMING TRAFFIC when looking west onto 38th Ave N while at 7th St N. Very dangerous especially when one is in a low sitting vehicle like a sedan!
