Description
Parcel near development completion under permiit BLD21376. Fill along the parcel's E-W boundary infringes up to 8 feet onto our properties (Richard and Rosemary Engle) in several places. Fill slope far exceeds 2:1 slope. No erosion control fabric on fill slope. We have not given permission to trespass on our land and have been vocal about earlier trespasses.

You have ever right to maintain your property rights. This would be a civil matter that the City doesn't get involve with property line disputes. We will have an inspector check out your report and look into this matter.
